What slows a bakery or pastry shop down

The 8 a.m. line wants both coffee and pastry

One person at the till, a display case to refill, and a queue that does not wait. If checkout is slow, they leave with nothing.

Flour, cream and waste disappear into guesswork

You know what you sold. You do not always know what a slice actually cost, or how much filling went into yesterday's production.

Paper tickets and a second screen for takeaway

Counter sales, phone orders and Glovo should land in one kitchen queue, not three notebooks.

From the case to the bag

One system from the first croissant to the last order of the day.

What DelivCore does for a bakery or pastry shop

Sell by the piece or by the 100 g

Croissants, slices and cakes by the piece; cookies and bulk pastry by weight. One receipt, mixed VAT if you sell coffee next to cake.

Recipes that re-cost themselves

Flour, butter, cream and fillings on weighted-average cost. When the supplier price moves, the cost of a croissant updates — no spreadsheet.

Production before the rush

Prep forecast from what you actually sell, so the night bake matches the morning, not a guess.

QR takeaway and a kiosk

Guests scan, pick a croissant and pay on the phone, or order at a self-order kiosk while you stay at the case.

Loyalty that is not a stamped card

Points on the tenth pastry, stored on the phone. Regulars come back without a paper card that goes through the wash.

Fiscal, built in

AMEF receipts, 11% on food and 21% on drinks on the same ticket, e-Factura to ANAF. The Z-report is automatic.

Fiscal receipts, per-item VAT and e-Factura are included. See the fiscal compliance page.

Real screens

The till, the QR, the kitchen.

The same DelivCore POS and QR menu a bakery uses at the counter — light theme, photos, weight and price on every item.

Know what a slice actually costs.

Recipes, lots and waste in the same system as the till. You see the food cost of a cake before you put it in the case, not at the end of the month.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell both by the piece and by weight?+

Does it track flour, cream and fillings?+
Yes. Goods-receipt notes (NIR), weighted-average cost and recipe usage. When butter goes up, the cost of a croissant updates itself.
Can guests order without standing in line?+
Yes. A QR takeaway menu or a self-order kiosk. Orders land in the same kitchen queue as the counter.
How much does a bakery or pastry-shop POS cost?+
Flat pricing from €65/month, with 0% commission and no per-order fees. See the pricing page — −20% on POS until 1 December.
Does it print a fiscal receipt?+
Yes. AMEF printers (Datecs-class, including FP-700X), mixed VAT on one ticket, e-Factura to ANAF SPV via Oblio.
